Thunder is a company focused on delivering Salesforce solutions within Federal environments. They are seeking a Business Analyst to engage with Federal stakeholders, translate requirements into Salesforce functionality, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops with Federal stakeholders

Document business processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria in alignment with program objectives

Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions

Support Federal compliance documentation, testing, and ATO-related deliverables

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions for end users

Partner with Project Managers to ensure requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with Federal standards

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within Thunder’s Federal Delivery practice

Required

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce delivery projects

Active Security Clearance required (Secret or higher)

Bachelor's degree required

Strong communication and documentation skills for Federal client-facing engagements

Ability to work cross-functionally with delivery, development, and compliance teams

Travel required, as necessary

Preferred

Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred

Familiarity with Agile delivery in Federal environments (Scrum, SAFe)
