Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce Federal project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget

Serve as primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment

Oversee Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation activities

Track project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to Federal clients and internal leadership

Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirements

Collaborate with architects, developers, BAs, and QA resources to ensure project success

Escalate risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies

Required

5+ years of IT project management experience (preferably Salesforce)

Active Security Clearance required (Secret or higher)

Bachelor's degree required

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments

Experience managing projects in cleared Federal environments

Travel required, as necessary

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
