Customer Success Associate

NextPatient is a small team dedicated to building excellent software for medical practices. They are seeking a Client Success Associate to help practices utilize their software effectively and to support them on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and patients.

Responsibilities

Get practices running on the NextPatient suite and support them day-to-day
Become an expert in the product to listen to client needs and configure the product accordingly
Work under Client Success Managers to cover clients and eventually manage your own clients as skills and confidence grow
Meet with the product team regularly to advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback
