Qualification

Required

Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least junior year standing

A GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for those with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong analytical and communication abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and effectively

Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI, with a solid understanding of accounting, P&L analysis, balance sheet accounting, and financial modeling

Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork
