Responsibilities
Responsible for contributing to proposals and specifications as assigned
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules)
Program Planning Phase
Design Phase
Accountable for managing all Project Managers and Superintendents as assigned
Conduct Pre-bid meetings
Conduct Pre-con meetings
Construction Phase
Effective Close-out
Manage key metrics and report regularly or as required
Drive the project schedule
Coordinate work with GC Senior Management Team, Construction Managers, Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management
Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to:
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality
Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
Verify the implementation of solutions
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
Conduct QC inspections on projects
Ensure Compliance with Specifications and Safety Standards
Ensure Owner Satisfaction
Report to the CM on the project's handling. Conduct Evaluations of Project Superintendents and Field inspectors
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Experience in managing projects
Ability to work closely with superintendents or technicians
Experience in managing subcontractors
Ability to contribute to proposals and specifications
Experience in conducting pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
Ability to manage key metrics and report regularly
Experience in driving project schedules
Ability to coordinate work with various teams including GC Senior Management, Construction Managers, and Sales & Service Support
Experience in preventive and corrective action processes
Ability to conduct QC inspections on projects
Knowledge of compliance with specifications and safety standards
Ability to ensure owner satisfaction
Experience in evaluating project superintendents and field inspectors
