Responsibilities

Leads engineering resources in a high-performance, polymer extrusion facility

Ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes

Drives innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Leads a team of engineers, process technicians, tool room team members, and maintenance technicians

Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Quality, R&D, Production, Corporate Engineering, and Operational Excellence

Serves as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem-solving complex manufacturing issues
