Responsibilities
Design and implement full-stack solutions to test and scale new growth initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to launch experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly
Build high-quality member experiences that drive key funnel metrics (e.g. activation, engagement, conversion)
Contribute to the technical strategy for our growth stack, balancing speed and scalability
Use data and user research to inform priorities and validate assumptions
Own projects end-to-end, from idea to production and analysis
Help maintain strong engineering standards, ensuring high quality and performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience shipping software in production at scale
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable back-end frameworks
Proven experience with React Native or similar modern mobile front-end frameworks
A growth mindset and passion for building simple, intuitive user experiences that move key metrics
Comfort working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments
Preferred
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and data tools (nice to have)
