Responsibilities
Sales-Out Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales-out data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives
Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer demand. Provide recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and support inventory planning
Win/Loss Analysis: Conduct detailed win/loss analyses to understand customer buying behavior, competitive positioning, and factors influencing sales outcomes. Present findings to the sales team to refine strategies and improve win rates
POS Data Mining: Extract, clean, and analyze point-of-sale (POS) data to identify patterns, product performance, and regional trends. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and drive actionable insights
Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations. Communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with sales operations, forecasting, and data analysis concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
