Responsibilities

Providing technical expertise across business functions, understanding the relationship between the business and the data and technology that support the business or product

Responsible for managing the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of multiple business and/or technical requirements which may include, but is not limited to:

Facilitating planning sessions with multiple business partners to improve business processes or products

Establishing relationships with one or more business partners by demonstrating expert knowledge of business processes/drivers and technical systems, being proactive, and managing the development and implementation of innovative solutions

Working with business partners to define needs to align with business priorities and assess impact on other business processes

Advising business partners on options, limitations, risks, and cost vs. benefits and ensuring a structured requirement process for the business is adhered to

May be accountable for a portion of a project plan in collaboration with project managers, from requirements phases through design, testing, implementation, and maintenance

Required

Typically requires seven to ten years of relevant technical and business work experience

Six Sigma / Agile Methodology preferred
