Handling customer service and pricing inquiries for a plastics manufacturer
Preparing quotations and sending them to customers in a prompt manner
Processing orders and being the point person from the ordering stage all the way to product delivery
Communicating with customers in a clear and professional manner via phone, email, in-person, etc
Using CRM software to determine pricing levels and analyzing prior sales data
Assist in troubleshooting as needed
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple inquiries at once
Must be willing to travel on occasion for trade shows and customer visits
