Responsibilities
Oversee the integration of Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering into existing systems to improve efficiency and functionality
Provide expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to develop advanced language models and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage LLMs - Open Sources for innovative solutions and improvements
Utilize Langchain to streamline processes and optimize system performance
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Analyze project requirements and design scalable and efficient software architectures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliverables
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and project management
Qualification
Required
GenAI, NLP, LLM, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineer, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK
Should be very well versed in deployment process too
Possess strong knowledge of Agentic AI and its applications in software development
Exhibit expertise in Prompt Engineering and its integration into complex systems
Have a solid understanding of NLP techniques and their practical implementations
Show experience with LLMs - Open Sources and their utilization in innovative projects
Display familiarity with Langchain and its role in optimizing workflows
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
