Orchestrate priorities so the CEO’s time maps to the highest-leverage work
Build simple, durable systems that keep calendars, communications, and commitments aligned
Own internal and external coordination by maintaining a single source of truth with current notes, locked confirmations, and day-of plans that leave nothing to chance
Surface decisions early, clear blockers, and drive follow-through across stakeholders
Apply AI to draft, summarize, schedule, and automate workflows to increase speed and quality
