Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Read and apply construction plans and specs
Keep everything safe and compliant
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Report progress to the project leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
5 years of commercial construction experience (concrete and rebar experience is a plus)
Valid Virginia Driver's License
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred
Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools
Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)
Blueprint reading skills
Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)
Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)
