Senior DevOps Engineer (New York City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco)
Regard is on a mission to bring world-class healthcare to everyone, and they are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale and secure the infrastructure behind their healthcare AI platform. In this role, you will design, build, and own systems to ensure application reliability and security, while leading initiatives and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities
Automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines to speed up delivery and reduce manual toil
Build automated testing frameworks that ensure every deployment is reliable at scale
Strengthen our security posture by implementing controls, conducting audits, and applying remediations
Lead and support client integrations, ensuring smooth deployments into healthcare IT environments
Evaluate and implement new tools, sharing best practices across the team
Act as a technical leader and mentor within the DevOps team
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications
5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role
3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience
Proficiency with Python scripting
Deep experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (e.g., GitLab CI)
Proficiency with observability systems (e.g., DataDog, OpenTelemetry)
Preferred
Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
Expertise with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD)
Passion for leveraging AI in engineering and healthcare
