Responsibilities
Coordinate project development and delivery of several high profile, complex highway design and construction projects in the region
Collaborate with local discipline staff and national/global staff to deliver successful solutions
Act as lead engineer on several projects within the extensive portfolio
Serve as a client facing Jacobs representative in the industry
Oversee major tasks and deliverables, coordinate with project managers to forecast progress and staff resources, and interface regularly with clients and business partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in transportation engineering with an emphasis on highway engineering projects
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
Strong MicroStation/InRoads/ORD background
Strong communications, mathematical, analytical, time management skills
Preferred
Experience with drainage, stormwater & erosion control design
Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA
Experience with multi-discipline highway engineering design and construction projects
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) project experience
Experience with closed and open system drainage conveyance design, stormwater management design & erosion control design
