Responsibilities

Move beyond the status quo and build a legacy of impact and change by forging unbreakable alliances with senior leaders and thought leaders across government, defense, and politics

Create and influence opportunities by anticipating and influencing the emerging needs of the Air Force and the rest of our military

Translate high-level dialogue and strategic intelligence into actionable capture strategies, guiding our teams with compelling value propositions and a deep understanding of what truly matters to our government customers

Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing expertise that our competitors can only dream of

Drive breakthrough growth, acting as the engine of our enterprise expansion

Champion long-term strategic initiatives within the DOD and Air Force that build enduring pipelines, expand our contract vehicles, and directly contribute to breakthrough revenue and mission outcomes

Qualification

Federal business developmentGovernment procurement knowledgeProgram managementProject managementCAD/CAM knowledge

Required

5 years or more of experience in direct federal business development of high-value opportunities, or equivalent multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts

Willingness to travel 80% or more throughout the United States

Expert knowledge of government procurement processes, systems and regulations

Program and project management experience

Current US passport or the ability to obtain one upon acceptance of an offer
