Responsibilities
Align with Syniti’s MDM methodology in all data governance implementation and adoption activities
Participate in team-based problem-solving, contributing ideas to address client challenges effectively
Assist in configuring and customizing solutions to meet client-specific needs
Collaborate with consulting teams of varying sizes, both onsite and virtually
Support the enhancement and continuous improvement of practice methodologies and processes
Identify risks and issues, escalating them appropriately to project stakeholders
Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions in collaboration with team members
Independently build, configure, and maintain complex applications or information governance solutions
Evaluate and challenge client requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy
Develop data standards, policies, and procedures aligned with client and project lead expectations
Deliver consistent, complete, and high-quality work products
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
4+ years of relevant experience, including involvement in ERP or digital transformation initiatives
Deep understanding of data governance principles, maturity models, data quality, metadata, and master data workflows
Proficiency in complex data models, relational databases, Excel, and SQL (including advanced SQL object creation)
Experience developing data standards and collaborating across business and technology teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess multi-dimensional data challenges
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with integration techniques appropriate to enterprise use cases
Willingness to travel up to 100% based on project needs
