Responsibilities
Help design and implement a functional database system to track the usage and refill of the tooling needed on production lines
Work closely with teams from PITT, Production, and Product Engineering
Learn to develop systems and standard operating procedures while collaborating in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
Contribute to operational efficiency and gain valuable skills in systems development and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Engineering (General, Manufacturing, Electrical, Process)
Rising Senior
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage various tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse team
Knowledge of procurement
Knowledge of time and movements study
Familiarity with computer software (mainly excel, databases and MS word)
Initiative and eagerness to contribute to projects and tasks
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to all levels of the team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam are required for this role
Ability to work in a manufacturing setting
