Undergraduate entering Junior or Senior year
Pursing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or Metallurgy Engineering or related from a recognized accredited college or university
Record of high academic achievement (Minimum GPA 2.5, preferred GPA 3.0 or higher)
Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra-curricular activities
Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the country of hire without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment
Candidates must demonstrate leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving skills
