Responsibilities

Develop and design Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions to support business processes, supply chain planning, and operational optimization

Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable technical architectures and workflows

Ensure alignment of Kinaxis solutions with enterprise IT architecture and business strategies

Lead the implementation and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro modules, including data integration, scenario modeling, and analytics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize Kinaxis solutions based on business needs

Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system functionality to ensure optimum performance

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable Kinaxis solutions

Collaborate with IT teams, data engineers, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and system compatibility

Provide guidance and support to end-users during implementation and post-go-live phases

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, advising on best practices and emerging trends

Guide and mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across projects

Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization

Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and workflows

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Monitor system security and data integrity within Kinaxis platforms
