Responsibilities
Lead solution design for strategic customers
Mentor a team of Network Automation Engineers
Guide implementations across firewall automation, load balancer orchestration, site provisioning, and compliance frameworks
Drive innovation and establish best practices that become industry standards
Partner with sales and product teams to craft compelling technical strategies
Influence product roadmap based on market insights
Impact customer ROI and success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunication, computer science, or equivalent experience required
7+ years in a customer-facing network automation role, ideally within a professional services or consulting setting required
Proficiency in Ansible, Linux, Python Scripting, Jinja2, REST APIs, JSON, SSH
Understanding of network devices and configurations across Firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networks, load balancers, etc. With vendors such as: Palo Alto, F5, Cisco, Arista
Familiar with infrastructure and change management platforms such as: Infoblox, NetBox, ServiceNow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with clients
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in identifying and delivering automation opportunities
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering quality solutions
Confluence, Jira, Git, Pipelines

Advanced degree or professional certifications in networking, cloud, or automation
Knowledge of Terraform and cloud networking environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design
Background in leading technical teams or complex implementations
Thought leadership and public speaking experience
Strong business acumen and customer relationship management
