Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, controls, and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical issues
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including builders, pipefitters, and maintenance staff
Lead Electricians: provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members
Qualification
Required
Class 1 Electricians – Licensed, capable of performing complex industrial installations and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
Class 2 Electricians – Licensed or journeyman-level, experienced with routine electrical work, wiring, and equipment installation
Specialist Electricians – Expertise in robotics, controls, automation systems, or other advanced technologies
Lead Electricians – Proven leadership experience, ability to manage teams and oversee large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Preferred
Industrial or automotive experience preferred
