The role involves managing customer identity and access management, privileged access management, and identity governance and administration for a large user base, ensuring security and compliance.

Focus: Authentication & authorization for millions of external users (customers, partners)
Focus: Securing internal privileged accounts (admins, DBAs, application owners, IT staff)

Qualification
Required
Focus: Authentication & authorization for millions of external users (customers, partners)
Key Tech: Azure AD B2C, Okta (B2B/B2C), Directory Services (LDAP), PKI, MFA, SSO, OAuth, OpenID, SAML, fraud prevention algorithms
Unique Angle: Heavy on scale (20M+ users), fraud prevention, and customer-facing identity verification
Skills Emphasis: Strong Java scripting for identity sync solutions, web authentication protocols
Focus: Securing internal privileged accounts (admins, DBAs, application owners, IT staff)
Key Tech: CyberArk Cloud PAM (primary), BeyondTrust (secondary), CI/CD automation with Ansible/Chef, Java & PowerShell scripting
Unique Angle: Control of sensitive accounts, onboarding automation for privileged endpoints, compliance-driven access monitoring
Skills Emphasis: PAM deployment, CI/CD integration, automation-heavy, mix of development + infrastructure
Focus: Governance, compliance, and lifecycle management of enterprise-wide user identities
Key Tech: Saviynt (preferred), SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager; integrations with AD, Workday, ServiceNow
