Colony Tire Corporation is a respected and growing company in the tire industry, currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager for the Night Shift. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff training, and ensuring efficient product distribution.

Retail

Responsibilities

Oversight of operations including receiving, stocking, and distribution of all inbound and outbound products
Manage all functions within the warehouse or pertaining to delivery
Orientation and training of new warehouse associates
Oversee and manage all in-service training of existing warehouse associates
Conduct spot audits on accuracy of orders picked as they are being loaded into trucks for outbound deliveries
Communicate with all other company departments to ensure good information flow
Train new associates in the operation of order pickers and forklifts by conducting a company certification session
Keep all other associates on task and motivated during the shift
Conduct coaching sessions and write-ups for associates under your purview

Required

Ability to motivate and inspire others to carry out assigned tasks
Knowledge of product flow within a distribution environment
Experience with current software, methods, tools and equipment (including technology) used in distribution operations
Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and communicate clearly
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Minimum of 1-year management experience
Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license
