Responsibilities
Proactively managing the computer and network systems for client businesses
Monitoring and maintaining network systems
Troubleshooting and making improvements to client's networks as necessary or recommended
Providing end user support
Interacting with clients on a daily basis
Managing help desk calls and ticket management
Providing onsite support
Documenting technical procedures and user guides
Providing on-call support for critical issues including after-hours as needed
Qualification
Required
Worked in a Managed Service Provider organization
Skilled using RMM tools and processes (Kaseya a plus)
Experience with ticketing systems (Auto-Task a plus)
Skilled in client interaction and communication
End user support
Skilled in network infrastructure and system troubleshooting and issue resolution
Experience with Windows PC and Server Operating Systems
Experience with Active Directory
Understands Backup and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies
Interested in working with cloud servers. AWS, Entra, Google
Experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc
Understands the software update and Patch Management processes
Document technical procedures and user guides
Flexibility in providing on-call support for critical issues including after-hours as needed
2 or more years working in a Managed Service Provider organization
Must present a highly professional image and attitude and have excellent customer facing and communication skills
Possess strong organizational and time management skills, can work independently, results oriented and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Enjoys working in a collaborative and team oriented environment
Comfortable working with people at all levels within a client organization
We expect the candidate to be responsive to client needs and be accountable for clients overall satisfaction
We encourage creative thinking and innovation that leads to inventive solutions and empower the System Network Administrator to design and develop solutions to meet the changing needs of the client
Reside in close proximity to Rockwall, Texas 75087. Preferably within a 25 mile radius
Preferred
Microsoft Administrator fundamental and role-based certifications are desirable
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
Other applicable certifications
