They are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead to drive high-impact partnership initiatives and work directly with the CEO and VP of Partnerships on mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Partnerships Ops: Own due diligence, onboarding (KYBs), and compliance workflows for global banking, payments, and crypto partners

Work Closely with the CEO & VP Partnerships: Support executive decision-making with operational execution, including legal documentation and filings to strategic follow-ups

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across product, legal, compliance, and finance to keep partnership integrations moving smoothly and on time

Steward Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain critical company entity records, compliance resources, and internal documentation, ensuring everything is audit-ready

Enable Execution at Scale: Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are proactively managed

Support Legal & Regulatory Tasks: Assist with filings, notarization, and operational compliance to keep Transak sharp and growth-ready
