Responsibilities

Originate and process residential mortgage loan applications in compliance with regulations and bank policies
Actively solicit and originate mortgage loans for low- and moderate-income borrowers and communities
Develop referral sources by partnering with realtors, homebuyer counseling agencies, builders, and branch bankers
Serve as a liaison to local, state, and federal agencies, as well as nonprofit community development groups
Provide clients with pre-qualification guidance and recommend appropriate loan programs
Maintain regular communication with loan processors to ensure timely loan processing
Promote Associated Bank loan programs through community involvement and networking
Identify customer needs and cross-sell additional bank products and services

Required

2+ years residential loan processing, loan origination, or housing counseling experience with a financial institution, mortgage banking company, or nonprofit agency
Spanish language proficiency required to support Spanish-speaking customers
