Coordination with owner’s representatives, contractors, architects/engineers and city officials
Project tracking, scheduling, on-site inspections, and project close-out
Experience with Microsoft programs, Teams, Project, Excel, etc
Some travel required
Report job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables
Assist owners representative construction contract drafts, bid on projects, analyze, and mitigate risks
Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction meets or exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized
Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards
Must be capable of coordinating multiple projects
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in construction management
College degree preferred
Excellent resource, planning, and time management skill
Project and time management skills
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in construction management
Capable of preparing construction budgets
Reviewing and assist cost estimating and project scheduling
Assist project owner's representative to resolve RFI's with contractors, architects, and engineers
Familiar with cast and place concrete, tilt panel construction, metal framing, standing seam metal roof and pre-engineered metal buildings
Coordination with owner's representatives, contractors, architects/engineers and city officials
Project tracking, scheduling, on-site inspections, and project close-out
Experience with Microsoft programs, Teams, Project, Excel, etc
Some travel required
