Responsibilities
Reporting to the Billing Manager
Issuing invoices, as well as entering consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills
Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers to review
Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections
Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner
Updating the ERP system with contract information and reporting associated budget amendments
Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or similar experience
2-5 years' experience as a Billing Analyst/Project Accountant, or similar
Extensive experience in project invoicing and billing
In-depth knowledge Fixed Price & T&M contracts
Excellent communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services
Preferred
Experience with A/E or Construction Industry a plus
Proficiency in ERP Systems a plus
