Responsibilities

Training Instruction: Independently designing, developing, and delivering pre-structured and customized training sessions on Tekla Structures through various formats, including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), in-person instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, workshops, and self-paced eLearning modules

Curriculum Development: Leading the creation, review, and continuous improvement of comprehensive training plans and course materials. You'll collaborate with an Instructional Designer to ensure all content is up-to-date and aligns with the latest software versions and industry best practices

Thought Leadership: Serving as a subject matter expert on complex workflows and interoperability, providing guidance and mentorship to other trainers and support staff. You'll also address primary technical training issues for Tekla Structures, especially regarding its integration with other Trimble products

Customer Engagement: Communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and business goals to develop tailored training solutions

Required

5+ years of direct industry experience using Trimble's Tekla Structures to create fabrication BIM models for concrete or steel and documents in a production environment

Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills that transcend language and cultural barriers

Proven presentation experience with both small and large groups, in remote and in-person settings

The ability to solve complex, difficult, or sensitive customer issues and build strong relationships with internal and external personnel

Self-motivated, innovative, and influential, with the ability to educate a variety of roles, from IT to end-users
