As a Strategic Account Manager, West, you will nurture and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the executive-level contact for CISOs and security leaders to maximize their engagement with Salt’s API Security Platform.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Western U.S., focused on retention, expansion, and multi-year renewals

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders, especially CISOs and security architects

Drive strategic account planning and execution with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to maximize value realization and platform adoption

Forecast and report on customer health, renewal status, and expansion opportunities with precision and clarity

Serve as the customer advocate internally, orchestrating resolution of risks and opportunities by aligning internal teams

Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic briefings to customer executives and boards as needed

Contribute to the development of regional partner and channel strategies to support expansion in key accounts

Exceed quarterly and annual retention and expansion targets
