Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (copy, visuals, short-form videos)
Monitor, engage, and respond to community interactions in real-time
Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and industry best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
Manage social media ad campaigns for maximum ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in managing social media campaigns and online communities
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
Experience with social analytics and data-driven decision-making
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability
Preferred
