Responsibilities
Problem solve on the job - finding solutions to get the job done exceptionally
Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. outdoors and indoors
Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise
Managing time efficiently and effectively to get jobs completed staying on schedule
Qualification
Required
5+ years of handyman / handywoman experience: carpentry, home repair, home renovation, painting, drywall, flooring, DIY projects
STRONG problem solving skills required
Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems (will be using a CRM and tablet/phone)
Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and highly dependable
Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Time management
Valid driver's license
