Responsibilities
Perform advanced data analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with business needs
Create logical data models or object models of moderate complexity to address business challenges
Identify redundant data objects and reusable data items across systems and applications
Define data transformation requirements and implement efficient solutions
Implement enterprise data management practices, standards, and frameworks for Data Integration
Ensure data governance and security best practices are followed
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on SQL queries and ETL pipelines
Build automated validation processes for data integrity checks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field required
3+ years of experience in data management, data products, or analytics required
Service and Quality Excellence: Ability to demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional care to create an unmatched value proposition for our patients required
Proficiency in SQL and database design
Ability to write, tune, and interpret SQL queries; Experience GCP Big Query is a plus
Experience with GIT and GitHub version control
Extensive experience in architecture, construction, and implementation of data-intensive solutions
Strong understanding of metadata management and data cataloging
Adeptness to learn new assignments, technologies and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, reverse engineer and optimize existing ETL pipelines
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, and offer solutions to complex clinical problems
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of IT governance and operations
