Responsibilities
Development and implementation of document control processes and procedures
Managing and maintaining all control documents that include technical specifications, and project-related documents
Conducting regular audits on the processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Resolving any issues identified during audit and rectifying discrepancies
Collaborating with different teams across the organization to gather and process information
Training personnel on the correct handling, storing, and disposal of documents
Regularly updating and maintaining a comprehensive filing system
Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the documents are kept throughout their lifecycle
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar field
A minimum of three years of experience in a document control role or related environment
Demonstrated knowledge of document control principles and best practices
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and document management systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with supreme attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
