Responsibilities

Define, manage, and trace system requirements across the development lifecycle
Translate mission needs and operational analyses into Key Performance Parameters and system-level requirements
Serve as a technical liaison to customers to ensure solutions meet mission and performance expectations
Collaborate with design teams to develop and maintain Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts, including structural and behavioral diagrams
Partner with business development to propose new system architectures and applications
Develop and refine models to simulate performance at the subsystem, system, and system-of-systems level
Conduct engineering trade studies to inform product requirements and design decisions
Evaluate system architectures to balance mission effectiveness, cost, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate models and drive informed decision-making
Propose and analyze operational concepts (CONOPs) for new applications and technologies

Required

Minimum of 2 years of professional engineering experience in one or more of the following domains: Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or Modeling & Simulation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
Demonstrated experience contributing to the definition or management of a technical system baseline
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C, or C++)
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant discipline
Experience working with RF systems, including radar, communications, electronic warfare (EW), or phased array systems
Familiarity with MBSE tools and methodologies
Experience deploying data systems in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Knowledge of DoD or defense contracting environments is a plus
