Growth Lead - Startup
Superpower Mentors is building a personalized mentorship platform for neurodiverse youth and young adults. They are seeking a Growth Lead to drive marketplace expansion through campaigns, mentor recruitment, and funnel optimization while working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities
Design and run campaigns (social, paid, referral, email, community) to drive new families and school partners
Lead mentor recruitment campaigns through social media, partnerships, and storytelling
Experiment with paid ads, content, partnerships, and events to identify scalable growth levers
Track and improve conversion from awareness → enrollment → activation
Measure CAC, LTV, retention, and mentor supply growth
Lead growth strategy and directly partner with the founders, other team members, and mentors on execution of campaigns with unified messaging
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in growth marketing (exp. at an early-stage startup a plus)
You are a strategic thinker but are not afraid to get in the weeds
You thrive in chaos and tackle monumental challenges head on
You do whatever it takes to hit your goals and push objectives forward
Comfortable running experiments across organic, paid, email, partnerships, and content channels
A “full-stack” growth generalist
Data-driven but creative. You know how to test quickly and pivot
