Architecting, designing, and delivering high-power power electronics systems
Ownership of system-level architecture, control strategies, functional safety, and EMC compliance
Serving as a technical authority and customer-facing advisor
Providing governance across complex, multi-disciplinary programs
Shaping long-term technical strategy, standards, and business development efforts
Mentoring teams and driving best practices
Ensuring robust validation through simulation, HiL, and hardware testing
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on experience in safety-critical, high-power electronics
Experience in mixed-signal and embedded control
Knowledge of EMC-aware design
Experience in motor drive control
Experience in thermal management
Full hardware lifecycle delivery experience
Advanced education
Extensive industry experience
