Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Managing all sales and sales support activities
Managing product training for relevant target groups
Ensuring premium product presentation at the point of sale
Execution of forecasting and sales planning for your area of responsibility
Supporting marketing plans and various activities
Managing the relationship with customers and your key accounts
Participating in local events, fairs and trade shows as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
Several years of work experience in a sales role
Knowledge of the Dive and/or sports market retail business is a requirement
Passion for diving and outdoor sports, high motivation, and drive
Natural interest in digital products
Strong in networking and relationship management
Strong negotiation skills and persistence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High sense of customer orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Native English language skills
Valid work permit for the US
Valid driver's license
