They are seeking a Finance and Risk Analyst to join their One Finance program, which includes three rotations over three years, providing exposure to various finance roles within the energy trading sector.

Qualification
Required
Working toward Bachelor's degree
Graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
Current Cumulative GPA Minimum 3.0
Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions *(bp will not support U.S. Immigration sponsorship for full-time or long-term employment)*
Must be available to start on agreed upon global program start dates (January 20, 2026 or June 22, 2026)
Geographically mobile and willing to relocate to Houston, TX
Preferred
Demonstrated interest in the commodities markets
Working knowledge of excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills
High degree of curiosity
Basic understanding of financial controls and risk management
