Required

Working toward Bachelor's degree
Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
Current Cumulative GPA Minimum 3.0
Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (bp will not support U.S. Immigration sponsorship for full-time or long-term employment)
Must be available to start 12-week internship on May 18, 2026 or June 15, 2026 (will be required to pass all background and medical checks at least one week prior to start date)
Geographically mobile and willing to relocate to Chicago, IL

Preferred

Demonstrated interest in the commodities markets
Working knowledge of excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills
High degree of curiosity
Basic understanding of financial controls and risk management
Students should be in the 3rd year of a four-year degree program or in the 4th year of a five-year program. Interns join us during the summer prior to their intended graduation year
Internships are not available for students who have completed their degree or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship
