Whitefield Academy is seeking a Lower School After School Program Assistant to supervise students in grades PreK through fourth grade during after school hours. The role involves facilitating daily activities, aiding in homework, and maintaining a safe and caring environment for the students.

Responsibilities

Serve under a team director in facilitating daily activities for students

Interact with students on the playground and in a classroom environment

Aid in student homework completion (for students in grades first through fourth)

Communicate needs or concerns to the Cub Care Director

Exhibit proper authority to students and maintain an atmosphere of care and safety at all times

Adhere to the bylaws, policies and procedures, and to all laws that govern the school and its actions
