Mid LevelJANC Excavation and Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Grade Checker to support their civil construction projects. The Grade Checker will work alongside equipment operators and foremen to ensure grades, elevations, and slopes meet project specifications.

Responsibilities
Perform grade checking using stakes, lasers, and other instruments
Communicate with blade operators, foremen, and crews to ensure accuracy
Verify elevations, slopes, and alignments throughout the project
Assist with layout and provide feedback for adjustments as needed
Maintain safety standards on active job sites
Qualification
Required
Must be experienced as a grade checker in civil construction
Strong understanding of reading plans, blueprints, and survey stakes
Ability to communicate clearly with operators and field crews
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
