Responsibilities

Assess and improve the performance and efficiency of client systems
Design and conduct server/security audits, system backups, and recovery plans
Integrate various servers (email, database, print, etc.) into client infrastructures
Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation and service records
Ensure in-house systems and client systems are compatible and optimized
Conduct thorough system testing and facilitate end-user reviews
Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and analytics
Train end users on new and modified systems
Research new technologies and make recommendations based on ROI and business needs
Perform on-site client visits to install, maintain, and support IT systems and networks
Review and approve work completed by Help Desk Analysts
Serve as an escalation point for complex issues

Required

Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems in an MSP environment
Strong understanding of systems planning, deployment, and software management best practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms, remote monitoring tools, and ticketing systems
Excellent communication skills – both technical and user-friendly
Strong project management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to client needs
Strong client service orientation and the ability to build trust with end users
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
