Should understand Vulnerability response process and able to map it with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
Should have hands on experience of Vulnerability Response modules
Should understand how VIT’ (Vulnerability Items) gets created in ServiceNow
Should have good understanding of Vulnerability Response concepts like Solutions, False Positives, Exceptions etc
Must have configuration experience of CMDB (configuration Management Data base)
Should have configuration experience of Configuration Item look-up rules for VIT assignments
Should have knowledge of Rest and Soap API’s
Must have worked on any one third party Scanner integration with ServiceNow e.g., WIZ, Tenable, Qualys
Working Experience of items like, Business Rules, UI pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes ACL’s, Client Scripts, Custom Tables etc

Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
