The Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related problems while collaborating with IT teams and vendors, providing mentorship to Tier 1 service desk resources.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues that cannot be fixed at the service desk level
Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 service desk resources
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience
Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
Experience in a complex Government IT environment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues that cannot be fixed at the service desk level
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and explain technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner
Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 service desk resources
Preferred
