They are seeking a Supply Chain Intern to assist in contracting and sourcing initiatives, data collection, and contract management functions, providing support to the Supply Chain team on various projects.

Responsibilities
Assists team, coordinates and implements tasks that relate to complex projects including overall management of documentation, following up on information, etc
Conducts analytics in conjunction with contract team to support the contract initiatives and RFPs
Supports contract management functions including loading contracts in electronic contract management system and archiving of documentation. Assists with Managing compliance to purchasing contracts, from both a vendor and facility perspective
Supports the Value Analysis team with investigation, review and implementation of products necessary for program maximization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
Students enrolled in their Junior year, rising into their Senior year, are highly preferred
Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed)
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Customer service oriented
High degree of Proficiency in Excel
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
Some project management experience
Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work with deadlines
