They are seeking Support Staff Analysts to plan, execute, and assess OPFOR operations during MCTP events, integrating maneuver and enabling functions while maintaining the OPFOR common operational picture.

Responsibilities

Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking; develop inputs to OPORDs/FRAGOs and reporting

Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools; coordinate with WSCs

Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across the warfighting functions and echelons

Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement
