Responsibilities

Manage customer requirements
Provide technical oversight to a diverse team of developers working on a complex suite of software and hardware solutions

Qualification

DoD program managementSoftware development managementSecure software developmentCI/CD conceptsCustomer requirements managementTechnical oversightWork plan developmentTeam leadership

Required

12+ years experience in similar role and Bachelor's degree from an accredited college OR Master's degree and 10 years experience
8+ years of experience in software development or software development management
Experience developing or managing DoD programs
Experience developing work plans and milestones based on customer requirements
Knowledge of and familiarity with secure software development life cycle, principals and standards
Experience working with small to medium enterprise business solutions beyond the standard development role
A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

Preferred

Familiarity with the CI/CD concepts, practice and implementation
