Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites
Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors
Solving field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track
Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles)
Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading
Solid understanding of hydronic and duct systems
Strong scheduling and job coordination skills
Experience with project management software (FieldWire, Procore, Autodesk)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
OSHA 30 Certification
Valid Driver's License
Bilingual (a plus but not required)
